Precautions for the operation of three-axis milling machine include the following aspects:
Ambient temperature and lubrication: The working environment temperature of the three-axis milling machine should be between 10-30℃. Avoid using it in an overheated or overcooled environment to avoid damage to the equipment accuracy and components. At the same time, the normal operation of the lubrication system is also very important. The lubricating oil should be checked and filled regularly to ensure that the spindle, guide rails and other components are fully lubricated. Especially when the temperature is too low, special attention should be paid to whether the lubricating fluid condenses to prevent the lubrication system from failing.
Spindle speed and tool selection: The spindle speed must be controlled within a reasonable range to ensure processing quality and equipment safety. For the processing of different materials, appropriate tools and cutting parameters should be selected. Especially when processing steel materials, the spindle speed should reach more than 10,000 rpm to output large torque. In addition, the tool must be clamped firmly to prevent it from flying out and injuring people during processing.
Use of coolant: Check the temperature and quantity of coolant in the coolant tank. If the quantity is insufficient, it needs to be added in time. At the same time, ensure that the coolant will not be frozen and can flow normally. When the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the cooling water in the tank can replace the antifreeze.
Observation and protection: During the processing, it is strictly forbidden to observe the cutting workpiece at close range to prevent the cutting chips from splashing into the eyes. If observation is required, the machine tool should be stopped and the electric spindle should be turned off. At the same time, the operator should wear protective equipment, such as protective glasses and protective gloves, to prevent injuries caused by splashing objects.
Electrical and mechanical safety: The electrical and mechanical systems need to be checked regularly to ensure good grounding to avoid electric shock accidents caused by leakage. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to plug and unplug cables, boards and electrical components with power on to prevent damage to components and personal injury. In addition, keep the work area clean to prevent accidents caused by the falling of workpieces, tools and other items.
Daily maintenance: After the processing is completed, the workpiece or tool can be replaced only after the moving parts of the machine tool stop. After shutdown, the chips, oil stains, etc. on the machine tool should be cleaned in time to keep the machine tool clean. At the same time, regularly maintain and service the equipment to ensure that it is in good condition.
